Built an end-to-end analytics pipeline in Python/Pandas: hospital data generation and integration, cleaning in Jupyter, and a final analytical dataset.
Engineered hospital KPIs — Total Admissions, Occupancy Rate, Avg Length of Stay, Readmission Rate, Bed Utilization, and Department Efficiency Score.
Designed a storyboard, then developed 4 interactive dashboards (Hospital Overview, Patient Flow, Department Analytics, Resource Utilization) in both Power BI and Tableau, with filters and cross-dashboard navigation.

We presented S-Park, a real-time slot booking IoT system designed to improve infrastructure use and support future urban development. The finale at Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd. DLF Building was shaped by teamwork, guidance from the jury, and the support of friends who helped bring the presentation together.
